We had a short week here at school, and I was on vacation until Wednesday! Our blog will be back next week!

Pictures of us planing our garden today. My sister, Kaly, runs Harlequin Produce, a farm in Arlee just about 25 miles from Missoula. She came in today to talk about farming, planing and growing vegetables, and helped us plant some seeds! The kids had a great time, and it was fun to see their enthusiasm and teach them about local agriculture, and healthy eating. What a great morning!

Greenough Outing II

This morning Porter Hammitt took us to Greenough Park to search for animal tracks, and look and hear for birds. We had a great time, and saw lots of different birds, and many tracks of mammals.

Holiday House Decorating

What a fun morning! We had our annual Holiday House Decorating this morning, and it was wonderful! So nice to see our families, and the kiddos had a blast with decorating their houses.

Greenough Outing

This morning we took a nice long (and slightly chilly) field trip to Greenough Park with Porter Hammitt. It was such a blast! We had a great time exploring the park using our different senses, our powers of observation, and exercising our bodies! What fun!
